Donna Benschop
Young Animal Nutrition Team Lead – Based in Ontario
Working with youngstock has been a lifelong passion for Donna. From 4-H all the way to studying rumen development of the pre-weaned calf for her M.Sc. degree at the University of Guelph, she knows calves and heifers from the inside out. Fine-tuning calf programs for a great start, and then following them out to calving to make sure they hit each growth target is an area of constant focus to help dairy producers set the stage for long-term success and profitability. ‘Raise ‘em right, and you’ll never go wrong’.

Marie-Ève Robert, agr.
Calf & Heifer Specialist – based in Quebec
Creativity, collaboration and commitment are three key words that sum up Marie-Eve’s approach to helping producers raise the best youngstock possible. With 15 years of experience in the dairy industry, Marie-Eve brings a wealth of information to the table, particularly in the realm of calf autofeeders. Her passion for improving the overall profitability of the dairy operation starts with the calves. She values small changes to raising healthier, well-grown replacements, which go on to have a big impact on future success.

Sarah Elliott
Cargill Dairy Sales Consultant – Based in Alberta
Sarah is always looking for ways to improve the performance of the herds she works with, and she knows it starts by focusing on raising healthy calves and heifers that grow to their true genetic potential. Backed by a degree in Animal Science from the University of Guelph and over 5 years of working in the dairy industry, Sarah brings a passion to help producers implement programs and products that will raise the bar of their future herd.
