Feeding Instructions
Feed as follows:
Offer free choice with roughage from 1 day to 8 weeks of age.
From 8 to 11 weeks of age: mix 2/3 LAMBENA / PURANIO ration with 1/3 whole grain and feed free choice with 0.5kg roughage /head/ day.
From 11 weeks of age to market weight: mix equal parts LAMBENA / PURANIO ration and grain and feed free choice with 0.5 kg roughage / head / day.
Salt should be fed on free choice basis at all times.NOTE: Sheep are susceptible to copper deficiency and copper toxicosis. Consult a qualified nutritionist or veterinarian to determine the suitability of this product to your local condition.
IMPORTANT – Follow these management practices:
1. When changing roughages or grain ration, allow 7-10 days for animals to adjust.
2. Provide a source of fresh clean water at all times.
3. Do not allow fine material to accumulate in feeders.
4. Provide adequate bunk space for each animal. Bunks should be protected and well-managed to prevent feed from becoming wet and molding.
5. When fed from a self-feeder, adjust feeder to minimize quantity of feed accumulating in trough.
6. Sheep should be vaccinated against enterotoxemia.
7. Consult your veterinarian for a recommended health program for your local area. This includes internal and external parasite control.CAUTION
1. Directions for use must be carefully followed.
2. Do not use this feed in association with another feed containing supplemental selenium.
